RENOVATION

Formerly serving as a guest room and an office, this ground floor conversion underwent structural intervention to merge the two rooms into a single space, ultimately creating a spacious open kitchen and dining area.

The proposed changes necessitated obtaining a building warrant, facilitating the installation of new drainage, electrical systems, mechanical ventilation, detectors, and heating, all in compliance with Scottish Building Regulations.
